2011 WATCH Award Nominees
Colonial Players is a proud member of the Washington Area Theatre Community Honors. This year, Colonial Players received four nominations for awards. The nominations were based on the adjudication of 127 productions (40 musicals, 87 plays) presented by thirty-two different community theater companies in the Washington, D.C. area.
This year's Colonial Players nominees were:
Outstanding Stage Combat Choreography: Richard Koster in Company
Outstanding Featured Actor in a Play: Pat Reynolds as "Paul Gauguin" in Inventing van Gogh
Outstanding Sound Design in a Play: Wes Bedsworth in The Diviners
Outstanding Play - the shape of things
The 2011 WATCH Awards Ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012, 7:00 pm at The Birchmere in Alexandria, VA.
